Excellent service via Chat!
I was very frustrated trying to load a VPN while travelling. Norton stopped working, and 1 hour of troubleshooting would not solve the issue. So, I switched to Nord. It too would not load. However, chatting with Nord VPN instantly solved the issue! Sylvia asked 2 questions, then sent me a link to a different download. This immediately downloaded and installed, and I now have secure VPN again.

Online support for renewing subscription
Automatic 1-year subscription had just been processed but at the same time I received an Deal offer by email from NordVPN to subscribe for a 2-year subscription. Online support agent helped me to get a refund of the 1year subscription and so I purchased the 2year-subscription instead. Thanks to Marcus and Arden from NordVPN who helped me for this.

Can't fault it, user for over 2 years.
I've been using NordVPN for over 2 years now, and Can't fault it really. It works, occasionally I need to try another server but that's rare, and there are plenty of servers available. Just renewed for another 2 years.
