I needed help downloading an older version

resolution of difficult issues!
This app can be very difficult for those not tech savy and I almost cancelled my subscription. There are multiple issues I had to resolve to activate full protection, but Kara walked me thru cobweb of resolutions to activate all elements of this app and now I feel secure.
