I was going to cancel my service!

Had a problem with the registration of my new subscription bought from a third party. Via Chat the service department (Lea) helped me out swiftly. So far, also about other queries, I received excellent service.

Quick and helpful support
I had an issue with live streaming buffering and tried the advice from the ChatBot but didn't help, I was connected to Norman who supported me to change the VPN connection type and the issue didn't happen again until now, thanks :)

The team at support is really supportive.
The team at support is really supportive and taking their own time understand the issue of the customer very well. Jeff and Jane from the support team helped me resolve the issue I encountered. Wishing success to Nord, the team at Nord VPN and it's other services. So glad to be a Nord user so far.

Very quick and effective
Had some issues with annoying push notifications for their mobile app. Sent a fairly annoyed mail to their CS mail, got a reply within 20 hours with an actual pertinent solution. Replying to that email, I got another very quick reply.
