Great VPN and great support team even when error are made during sign up
I have used Nord VPN in the past and it was a great service, I have recently just signed back up but made a error during sign up at 1.30AM, even at these late hours I was able to get in contact with a member of staff who helped fix and resolve the problem in a matter of minutes. If you dont have a VPN this is the place to be.

Skylar's advice was to the point and clearly communicated. In general NordVPN needs to keep up quality and reliability of it service since many other service providers are higher rates and a lot cheaper.

Speedy service
The issue was sorted in about 10 mins by Kevin and Cynthia and they offered me a better deal that got me 18 months of additional subscription for staying as a customer rather than using a new customer deal.

I had a billing concern
I had a billing concern Tyrone took care of me in a big way. I can't recommend NordVPN more to simple users for both their service and their customer service.

Leopold, 5 star customer service agent
Leopold was the customer service agent that helped me. He was patient with me. He helped me to work through different issues. At the end, we found that I had to use the NordVPN installer from the app store and use the IKEV2 protocol for connection.
