I am bad at giving titles but good employee
Employee is honest and straight forward. tried their best to let me know about the benefits of using NordVPN and even going as far to let me know thaqt I can continue for another 30 days before requesting a refund Meaning employee was polite and professional and while they abided by my wishes they did their best to let me know about what I will miss on and the value of NordVPN Also they used emoticons which made it much more comfortable to talk with them I.g: :D :)

I called to cancel my dedicated ip with Jaylee. She gave me a great experience. She did double check to make 100% sure I didn’t want to continue using it but wasn’t a hassle. Great service and short wait time. Easy chat.
