Brad was a great support representative…
Brad was a great support representative and was incredibly patient and understanding in discussing my issue. Even though my issue ended up being unrelated to what I thought it was, Brad didn't get angry at any step and was actively trying to think of solutions for my problem. All in all, great service and I'm glad there are still good support representatives in the tech industry.
