Great support for new user
As a first time VPN user I was having some difficulty connecting to my streaming service. An email to Support resulted in well explained options to try and using browser extensions made the magic work. Excellent communications and results, with smooth streaming from overseas servers.

Tech support rocks!
The technical support is on a whole new level. These dudes do stuff that lesser companies, such as Microsoft, eBay, or Google, to name a few, can only have wild dreams about. They don't parrot the customer's words. They don't keep repeating the customer's name. They don't spit out unnecessary templates. Instead, they answer the question. Attentive and Solution Oriented

Zack deserves a raise
Zack deserves a raise. Solved my problem with a minimum of hassle, way better than the 2 or 3 previous folks I'd worked with. I've done a few years of tech support (looong ago), and am so happy when I'm dealing with someone who isn't just following a script, but actually knows how to diagnose and solve problems.
