Elmer is awesome

In the land that is customer service, one name stands out amongst them all. Carl. Carl took the time to help me with a very technical issue. My Nord vpn kept disconnecting
My Nord vpn kept disconnecting. After reporting this to their support team they spent quite some time and numerous emails helping to rectify the problem. Each time they came back to me very fast

Auto renewal refund and help
So I had auto renewal and I wanted to refund it because I wanted to upgrade my plan (the auto renewal was billed 1 day ago). Agent Penny and Donald was really helpful and did everything professionally. I am super satisfied with nordVPN and their agent/help support.
