Pleasant, honest and to the point.
I've contacted support to cancel my account that was auto-renewed (wasn't planning on it). The rep, Clara, was sympathetic and offered to cancel and refund the charge without issue. She did offer a nice deal in order to keep my business and after consideration I've decided that the price was right. Pleasant to deal with without overwhelming "salesman" vibes. Much appreciated.

NordVPN Support Has Always Gone Above and Beyond for Me!
NordVPN has an amazing support team who are willing to go above and beyond to support their users in whatever they are encountering issues with; whenever I've encountered the unusual situation that I've needed technical support with, they've stood by me until resolution was found. Today, Theodore invested a huge amount of effort in making sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciated his time and attention to making sure my needs were met as a NordVPN customer!

I've always found the service from Nord…
I've always found the service from Nord staff really good. They always take their time to understand my issues (I'm a newbie) and give easy to follow instructions. Today was no exception. Had great help from Harley, who help resolve my issue seemlessly. Thanks for the great suport!

Absolutely the best VPN service hands-down! Super customer service (beyond the bots... just type 'human' to get through) from 'Elmer' who efficiently dealt with my issue in a friendly and professional manner. 100% recommended!

A necessity for international living…
Have been using Nord for a few years now. Initially just to get my banking to work out of region, but it's proven super useful. Weirdly the world is increasingly difficult for people who don't live in their assigned box in the burbs never mind multiple countries and this becomes a necessity.

Jarvis did an excellent job of getting NordVPN to function on Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.1. But Y'all still need a user interface, no excuses, if y'all are the world leader!
