Awesome support, awesome product.
I have been a user for almost 4 years, never had issues - Awesome support, awesome product. Zack was very patient and very helpful. Even if the product was not that good (which is not the case), the support is what would get me to join.

Good VPN and good Customer Service from Khai
We used NordVPN for many years and only once had an issue with Italy servers in particular. Khai from the customer support team was very helpful and showed us how to overcome the issue by connecting to Obfuscated Italian servers and it worked without issues.
