Really good support via chat
Really good support via chat. I forgot to cancel and got charged for renewal, so wanted a refund, but Nick on the support chat was really nice and offered me 18 months free if I decide to stay. So I stayed :)

Jeffrey was a huge help. My nordvpn would not work for the last 2+ weeks and I was on the support line 4 times prior to tonight and no one could figure out the issue. Jeffrey was able to figure it out and am now using it again.

NordVPN phone app update issue
I was having trouble with the NordVPN app on both my iOS devices. Basically, I updated the app and it shows the NordVPN logo but it forced closed itself after one second. But, the live agent (Annie) is swift and very helpful in dealing with this problem. Not to mention, very friendly too ^^
