NordVPN phone app update issue
I was having trouble with the NordVPN app on both my iOS devices. Basically, I updated the app and it shows the NordVPN logo but it forced closed itself after one second. But, the live agent (Annie) is swift and very helpful in dealing with this problem. Not to mention, very friendly too ^^

Fantastic customer service and service quality
I was offered 18 months for free upon renewal, Thomas from customer support was very helpful. I’ve been a happy customer for 3 years and am very satisfied with the quality of the service overall.

Helpful & honest

NordVPN is pretty much a must
Ezekiel was a major help in solving all my issues with the beginning phases of setting it up and running plex. I am very grateful and Nord VPN after trying multiple others has by far the fastest service and best UI of any of them.

Good service from Hunter!
Nords been a decent and reliable VPN for the last few years. Unfortunately I recently had an issue where my subscription didn't amend and I missed an offer. But I spoke to agent Hunter and they were friendly and helped me out. Always good when a company treats it's recurring customers well
