Great service online
Great service online. I hate the telephone, and was pleasantly surprised that the staff was able to resolve my issues via online chat. They patiently went through my multiple issues involving multiple departments until they were completely solved. Thanks guys, you did good.

great service by Tyrone after subscription time mistake
I had an issue with a 1 year payment and requested a refund following a chatbot prompt. The agent Tyrone was super fast to respond and, you could say, delighted me, with an offer that simplified things for me

NordVPN Renewal issue.
Had an issue with my NordVPN auto-renewal. Went into the chat 💬 and, once the bot decided it couldn’t help, I was put through to Evan who dealt with my query super quickly!

Excellent product and customer service

Renewing again. Nord Rocks!!
I have been with Nord for years; their service is the best in terms of stability and features. They've also done everything in their power to keep costs down despite deploying more bandwidth and services across the board. I just renewed for the 3rd time for 2 years with Skylar who guided me through the renewal process to get me the best deal possible.
