Kevin and Abby did great
Kevin and Abby did great. Abby passed me off to Kevin thinking he could help me better, but she helped me well enough! My laptop is unable to install the NordVPN app, and requires the OpenVPN software to use NordVPN and all I needed was the link to that download and Abby came through.

Hunter is the best, without even joking
I picked the wrong plan at first, I asked Hunter to get a refund, and he was one of the best guy at any customer service I could've picked. He made my refund really easily, and it was even cool enough to give me a discount ! This man need a raise.
