Got in contact about a billing issue-Was not email notified about billing term ending as auto updated to a year only. Representative Tyrone helped me transfer into a more agreeable plan, was super fast and helpful. Been a customer for along time and service is always great, Tyrone was no exception. Thanks.

I requested a live Rep and got Brad!
I requested a live Rep and got Brad! I explained what was happening and he immediately understood and started helping me, unfortunately, I lost commercial power so I got disconnected from the chat. I logged back on a few mins later and got Brad again! he was very knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent instructor. took care of the issue on hand. He is an awesome person and an excellent representative for your organization!

I have been given good customer support. While an error was made by ordering an subscription. Tilda helpt me to cancel the order and I will get a refund off the all ready payed mistaken subscription. On top of that she made me an nice 2 year offer for a new subscription of NordVPn.
