MFA login issue
I had an issue logging in due to being unable to authenticate multi factor authentication. Malcolm was the colleague who helped me. One thing that made me choose Nord was their emphasis on their support team and Malcolm was testament to that 1 year into me using the service. Not bot-like, genuinely invested in helping me sort my issue. Thanks, Nord!

very thorny connection issue - SOLVED!
I had a very thorny issue which level one support spent an hour trying to resolve. Then I was transferred to Khai of level to support. He also spent another hour with me. It was very tricky, but Khai stuck with me and finally we got it solved. He was very professional and very patient and I am impressed that both level one and level two stuck with me for this long debugging process
