Customer service and technical expertise
Great customer service and technical expertise by Harley to resolve an upfront issue with my VPN! I purchased NordVPN and was worried that it didn't meet expectations and I would need to seek a refund. However Harley walked me through a few steps to solve the issue, which was related to the computer I was using and now the service is working fantastically.

I screwed up
Long story short. I got a new phone and lost my login credentials. Big oops on my part. The process to get my account reset was not easy and required a lot of my info. However I appreciate this! This shows good cyber security practice within the company! I continue to be pleased with my Nord package.
