I had the pleasure of getting chat support from Harley, who not only answered all of my questions, but did so very promptly! I've experienced in other chat supports (from other companies) that you sometimes wait for ages to get a reply!! Soo frustrating. But Harley was super fast, super friendly, and explained everything in a way i understood and even gave me a great offer. I'm very happy with the experience:)

With the help of Brad, Lina, and Greg my problems were solved!
I was having trouble with connecting to vpn, but with the help of Brad, Lina and Greg I was able to finally have my Vpn connect! I truly appreciated their patience and helpfulness.

Theodore provided a step-by-step…
Theodore provided a step-by-step procedure when the customer was cutoff from the previous conversation. The adviser continued to provide meticulous directions for the customer’s issues. For example, he provided confirmation and responses when the customer ran into problems with the procedure. The customer was astounded with resolution Theodore provided. He was an exceptional adviser who continue to provide quality services for Nord. Thanks again Theodore!

Yes, it works.
After chatting with Darwin today at Nordvpn, my issue has been resolved. My internet would go out every time I paused my vpn. So annoying. Darwin knew what to do and fixed my issue quickly. What a relief to have gotten someone so knowledgeable. Great job!
