NordVPN issue with ASUS RT-AC87U solved
Belle from the NordVPN helpdesk solved my problem with my ASUS RT-AC87U. At the end she discovered that the Time Zone of my Router was incorrect. After talking me through the steps to take I was able to connect the router again as planned. Many many thanks to Belle from the Service Team of NordVPN. I will recommend NordVPN to my friends in case they look for a VPN provider. Have a great time. Klaus

Received additional months for free after (initially) unwanted early auto-renewal
My subscription was auto-renewed before the end-date of my contract, and the price was much higher than the promotional offer I initially signed up for, and I only spotted it two days after I was charged. I spoke to Donald from the chat, and was able to either get a refund or to get an additional 18 months for free, making the price per month similar to new promotional offers that new users can sign up for. Renewal overcharge
