Toby
Toby, the live agent that helped me was really nice and understanding. I had some issues with google duplicating my email, one with a period between my first and last name, and one without. however, Nord VPN views this a two separate accounts. Toby reassured me if i logged in with the correct email i would gain access to my account. It was a quick and easy fix!

NordVPN Support Rocks!!!
It feels like streaming services are getting smarter and smarter with the techniques they use to block VPN use. Every time I feel like NordVPN finally isn't going to work for content I want to access the support team comes through and helps me watch what I want. Shoutout to Toby and all of the other great techs that've helped me the last couple months.

Painless App Fix
Jeffrey and Leroy both did an excellent job of helping diagnose my problem. I told them what steps I had already taken, and I really appreciated that they paid attention to what I said and didn't make me waste time by asking me to do all the things I'd already attempted. Took about 20-25 minutes to get my problem solved.

When I have issue of connecting to NordVPN on my Linux Desktop I contact their Customer support, the response is fast and after received my daemon log, I got a precise solution of it, the whole process is less than 5 minutes so I am very satisfied.

Rarely good customer experience
NordVPN customer support does miracles just by connecting to it. Nevertheless, Earl was very supportive, helpful and precise. I would recommend NordVPN to anyone.
