Very helpful, but still need the dedicated IP setting up. If I receive the email confirming it's done within 1-2 days as promised by Kieran, and all gets setup smoothly, then I'll be very happy with the service.

Very good service and awesome support
Been a customer for about 3 years now. I never got dissapointed good quallity of service always high vpn speeds. Sadly since i have some difficulity financially this year i couldnt renew my services so i contacted support. They helped me very good and gave me a huge discount so i could stay member! Thanks Winoma from Nord VPN!

It was a great experience with the help of Winona
It was a great experience with Winona and Penny. I was charged earlier than expected for my subscription when I didn't intend to renew for now. When I contacted support, they promptly assisted with the refund process and I have successfully gotten my refund. The fuss free experience makes me confident in continuing to use NordVPN once I am in need of a VPN again. Overall, it's been a great 3 years I have been using their service with fast connections.
