Hunting down an old IP

Subscription renewal issue
Silas was able to answer my question on my subscription renewal length. It initially showed a 1 year renewal when I checked my Profile. However, I had signed up several weeks ago for a 1 year plus a bonus of 18 months or 30 months total. He had me log out and log back in and the subscription does now reflect 30 months .. till October 09, 2025. Thank you M Woolfall
