I would give 10 stars to Elaine if I could - she was very patient with me as I am a complete idiot when it comes to the internet. She guided me through all the steps needed & there was a good result at the end. I probably took up more of her time than 20 normal clients but she was great! The service department at Nord are the best I've ever experienced - many companies could take lessons from Elaine & her colleagues.

I was struggling to fix the VPN service which stopped working last night. I'm using the macOS IKEv2 manual configuration where I had a hard time connecting my mac to the VPN. I tried everything but nothing helps then I connected to Jeffrey and Belle from the chat support and found these guys really great with their knowledge and really appreciate that they were responding very promptly.
