The support was great. The chat bot directed me to a support person. Brad was knowledgeable and gave clear instructions to work through the issue. I'm an old fart and it was a pleasure to have such great support to quickly solve an issue just like "in the old days". Most big companies could learn from NORD about customer support

The best Customer Service Ever *mic drop*
My experience with a needed refund for an accidental reoccurring charge was absolutely phenomenal with the aid of Dwayne the Live support Chad who sprinkled the idea of exceptional deals due to the inconvenience. The deals would've been much to my benefit and were explained in a very direct and simple way to ensure customer loyalty, the likes of which I had never seen in any customer service interaction ever!
