I was scammed out of more than…
I was scammed out of more than USD$6,000 by a company claiming to be a Microsoft subsidiary. They kept wanting more for protection. I went to NordVPN and got protection that was exponentially the best quality for a reasonable price.

I ask for a refund because some random bug on play store and they didn't hesitate to answer.

Support members are awesome
One of the support team was incredibly helpful, took quite a while to resolve my issue and they were patient and kept coming up with new potential solutions. After about 3.5 hours it seems to be all fixed.

Works well. The only setback is that you can,t ring them anymore but you can contact them by email for assistance which they will answer promptly.

NordVPN finally does the right thing
Whilst initially, I had a problem with NordVPN, after a protracted set of emails & live chats back and forth, we were able to find common ground. I can't say that the whole process wasn't a painful one, it was, but at least we got there in the end and I finally renewed my service with them. The service that they provide was never in question, but having to deal with some of the support staff did leave a lot to be desired. Good experience with Jarvis
Jarvis was extremely patient and nice. I had a rather niche issue, and he did not give up on the problem. Gave many possible solutions, and when we pinpointed the real problem, the first solution he gave worked. Great customer service
