I'm very happy with NordVPN
I'm very happy with NordVPN. I love the simple and beautiful user interface. But most of all I was impressed with their support from customer services. They kept on going until my issue was sorted. In my experience with other companies I often got repetitive or unhelpful answers. Not with NordVPN. Really great and highly recommended.

Khai was the best at providing me with great service and I am super impressed with the support I received. She was quick, laser-focused, and solved my long-lasting issues in no time, and also made me feel understood when I was getting super angry. I am super pleased with the customer service of NordVPN, especially Khai who absolutely understands the job and gets it done quickly without much fuss! I was about to ask for a reimbursement, but Khai saved the day, unlike any other agent!! Kudos!
