They instantly solved my issue
I got confused about their renewal policy and was surprised to be charged two weeks before the actual date of renewal. I emailed in asking to be refunded as I was reconsidering the cost for the yearly subscription, and they promptly responded with a generous offer and also said I could still go ahead with the refund process if I wanted to.
