Anytime I have a had issue with my nord I have contacted the customer service team who have been absolutely fantastic. Clear instructions very patient and always willing help definitely one of the best customer service teams I have come across

Zion spent a great deal of time with me…
Zion spent a great deal of time with me regarding my connectivity issue and was able to provide multiple steps and suggestions for how I might be able to resolve my problems .I really appreciate their efforts.

Renewal issue…
I had my auto renewal automatically renewed for 1 year. I always get 2 years. Mabel in the chat was so helpful in making this change for me without refunding and purchasing again. He was so Friendly, helpful and patient. I had an awesome experience.
