Great customer service
Had some problems with some qbitorrent files and could never find out myself. Looked online for hours which was honestly a waste of time, as I could of just went to NordVPN's customer service chatbox. This was surprising as I was stuck on this all night long but was stupid not to ask customer service but even then, they were able to quickly get me to an agent that could handle my issues. Connection issues with MLB.TV
So I had some connection issues on my iOS device (iPad) with MLB.TV streaming, and representative named Garfield SOLVED my unique problem that I had spent hours researching and tackling with no luck before today! Garfield was extremely patient, personable, and very knowledgeable. Through multiple approaches and problem-solving steps, he created a solutuon that worked. Brilliant customer service
I was going to cancel and get refund but the customer service personnel Charlie was super helpful and provided the right guidance. I extended my contract and hope to be a lifetime customer. Thanks for your help Charlie and NordVPN team

Customer Service issue
Had Issue with MFA on policy after losing access to this on mobile thought this would be a really major issue to resolve but the support and communication from the Nord team was excellent they resolved the issue really quickly would Recommend them for the excellent customer service

NordVPN support is a key reason to use Nord
NordVPN is a good product. I've had 3 problems over time, two of which were potentially very difficult to resolve, and Nord support they came up with an answer over chat (in one case they had to come back to me, but that was expected). The support service is worth a lot, and its fast. A key reason to use Nord in my view. Special mention to Brad in support.

Great Service
So far have been extremely happy, everything running smooth. No issues and i feel much safer using their service. I got their full package with NordPass and the Locker, and so far great experience, i was even surprised the VPN is smooth and fast.
