Service not used & non refundable (updated)
I had purchased a 2 Yr subscription plan.. used it only a few months and totally forgot about the app.. I liked it for Netflix and other reasons but I didn't have enough time to use it. As I lost track of it for 1.5years to wake up being charged 120 dollars... non refundable. Amazing 2.5 years of non usage charged... Great service, feels like a punch Edit: The live agent was very helpful and underlined I do agree to the T&C. Regardless she was able to refund me.

Both of our computers had been hacked…
Both of our computers had been hacked before installing NordVPN. We've not had a single problem since that time. Thank you.
