Quick response with a true resolution that solved my issue. Although it would be even better if there was a phone number to call. Nevertheless I use Nord because it was highly recommended to me by IT people that make their living from computers....so I figured it was the best, since they use it themselves.

ID #16332452 For some reason It looks like I erased my intended Text. I have used Nord for some time now with a couple of glitches but your response has always been quick and helpful. My current issue was that Nord loaded but would not connect to Network. With 3 e-mail responses to check & change system the third was the solution by installing the latest revision.
