Incredible patience from the Nordvpn support team.
I spend a lot of time at my second home in a French village which has its own wi-fi network. Nordvpn has always worked great there allowing me to stream all of the UK channels I need. However, unbeknown to me, my local network decided to introduce a blocker to stop illegal downloading in the village. NordVPN goes the extra mile!
NordVPN assistance was prompt, useful, personal and professional! They went the extra mile. Recently, I had a sign-in issue on my modem due to ID and pw changes becoming NordVPN "service credentials". Although the issue was on my modem, through an app called FlashRouters, it involved a sign-in to NordVPN. Normally a company simply refers you to the app company and they are done.
