A simple email to Nord about problem with new upgrade on Android phone, freezing app. Very quick reply with another way of approaching the problem, Back in business within 5 min. Apparently faulty upgrade. Would highly recommend Nord, very pleased with product. Fred_dude

Great Team - Knowledgeable, Timely and Courteous
I was trying to install NordVPN on my new router. I’m not particularly tech-savvy so I had to reach out to NordVPN tech support multiple times. They were always timely, courteous and responded to my specific question (instead of sending me generic canned responses that didn’t specifically address my issue). I learned and was able to accomplish my task. I’m very pleased with the service.

The problem was solved within 1 day
NordVPN used to work with any problem. Recently started to fail connection. I just couldn't fix. I contacted them sending email. Next day, they replied to my email with instruction to fix the problem. I followed step by step. I fixed it! Now it's perfect! I really appreciate how quickly they respond to our need. Thank you very much.
