Nova really was Super
I have been having issues using my VPN for ITV and Channel 5. I got through to a wonderful operator called "Nova" who has spent the best part of an hour coaching me through how to change all my settings. Their patience was outstanding and sending me various quick ways to do things. I would like Nova's managers to know what a wonderful person they have in this operator.

Not for me - but still excellent service!
First things first: NordVPN is not for me. I heard good things about it and liked the offer, but once I started using it, problems popped up left, right and centre. So I used their money back guarantee. Two things I noticed: (1) While it's not for me (because I am not in desperate need of a VPN and the fuss with installation and the huge amount of RAM it needs are not worth it for me) - the service itself works. I have had NordVPN and NordPass for some years now and have found them to be first-class. The VFM is with great 2 years deals. I use both products every time I logon and have been impressed with the security offered as well as the speed of the VPN connection. This is one suite of security products I would highly recommend.

Even though our phones and laptops are Apple products and some say you don't need a AV product but I like both the the NordPass and their VPN.I feel better have extra security. I had problems getting my wife's policy going bottom line they got both up and running. To me good support supersedes the product itself.I dealt with a couple of the support teams and all very very helpful. I am newer to VPNs and needed to set it up on a router. Randolph helped me and had extreme patience knowing I was unfamiliar with the process of putting a VPN on a router. He was knowledgable and the service is great compared to similar services I used before. I would recommend NordVPN to those just starting out!
