They value customer loyalty over money
I lost track of time due to personal reasons and was billed for the auto pay. I asked for a refund and they didn't hassle me at all about it and gave me a full refund since it had only kicked in 2-3 days ago and I didn't use it. Very refreshing to deal with a company that doesn't value money over customer loyalty. Will be a returning customer soon, I just really needed the money right now.

great service
I have worked in tech support for many years and know that it is a thankless task sometimes. So I know good service, and appreciate people who can help me avoid having to contact them again just for their stats to look better. Philip did this by helping me avoid a second call by giving me the settings for using a vpn router with my router modem without me asking. great job and great interaction

These guys really helped to resolve my problems
I had really unusual problems with my system which turned out not to be my VPN but was actually my router. However working through the issue, I wrote to NordVPN a few times and every time received a good in-depth and educated response. I can't praise them enough.
