After 4+ years of subscription I…
After 4 years of subscription I experienced my first "hiccup" on my start-up connection. My autoconnection would disconnect and then reconnect, sometimes repeating 2-3 cycles. Support immediately answered my emailed issue and through a series of prompt replies, the issue was solved by running a diagnostic test & a "network flush". No more problem! I couldn't ask for better, more efficient service support. Thanks, Customer Success Team!!
