Nord: safe and reliable
Nord provides a safe, reliable connection when using open Wifi in places like hotels. That is priceless privacy. I have run speed tests at home with and without Nord active; I usually get 95% or better comparing with/without Nord. I also love that Nord works on Windows, IOS and Android operating systems. I only have to remember one user name and password across multiple platforms.

Best support system
I used the application to have a secure connection from Iran. The service was working very great, until Iran's regulations towards networking changed that broke the system. When I reached out about it to NordVPN's support team, I was surprised and extremely happy about how supportive their support team was. Probably the best service I've experienced with any tech companies. Very understanding, very collaborative and helpful

It's a great product with great customer support
It's a great product. Always reliable and always fast. Today, I found my subscription had expired and I had a bit of an issue with renewal. So I used the online chat and spoke to Linus. The experience was great. He was super-friendly and helpful. This kind of customer experience is a big factor in making me stay with Nord.
