I love the notifications that indicates…

Good tech support for linux
Some might decry the lack of a linux gui, but the tool itself has proved to be solid, and easy to use - I ran with it for 4 and a half years before I hit a problem. And in resolving the problem, the support proved to be excellent, and after some back and forth we established it was down to a time setting tweak on a dual boot system.
