Very refreshing
Very refreshing to complain about a glitch in the accounts management system and get an immediate response from the manager saying a) yes we know and it's our fault and b) we are sorry and we're fixing it. Great, responsive customer service for what has been a consistently reliable and useful app. If you're not running a quality, commercial VPN you're not doing it right.
