Efficient team who have unlocked my MFA security code after checking my identity
I just could not launch my NordVPN applications (Mac & iPhone) because of a Multi Factor Authentication code that I did not have. Great job of the team that have not wanted to unlock my account first because they wanted to check my identity / purchase information. As soon as they have been sure I was who I am, they have remove this MFA security within minutes ... so great job, now My phone and mac are secure again ... Early days but it's a thumbs up !
Early days (subscribed 10 days ago) but, so far so good. Works effortlessly both at home and abroad. My previous VPN service was with the entirely unsatisfactory Surfshark which, albeit was bought by NordVPN sometime back, continues as an independently managed set-up so far as I know. Surfshark, by comparison to Nord, is highly risky in use. (Frequently drops service and, even with 'kill switch' showing as active, then maintains a completely exposed connection.)
