Customer Service was Awesome
I reached out to Customer Service tonight to cancel my subscription because I have not been using the service. Manuel Hernandez saved the day. He not only changed my mind to keep my subscription but he also renewed my interest in keeping my data and devices safe. He paid attention to what I was saying via chat which was much appreciated. I’ve been using Nord VPN for years…
I’ve been using Nord VPN for years after reading a review by a computer magazine. It’s fast and easy to use. I use it when I travel, at airports, hotels, and even at my local coffee shop.

One of the best customer service our there, Antonio fixed a problem I had with the application (crashing when resizing it and randomly) by repairing the .NET framework.

I had Nord VPN for 12 months and…
I had Nord VPN for 12 months and decided we weren't using it to the best so decided to cancel it. We use the Internet rarely anyway. The customer service team were fab. Very responsive and there was no hassle cancelling it. Would definitely go back if I need to in the future. Would recommend.
