Very good with few issues
While at times the connection takes a few minutes, and there are some servers that don't quite cut it, there are always options to find a better server. Overall, I always get connected at a reasonably good speed.

threat protection fully turned on after multiple fails on my end
i described problem from my end in detail, and the agents were able to diagnose the issue i was having. they sent me a refresh process/procedure which fixed the issue. This was done in a timely manner. I would rate this as great customer service and follow up.
