Stable and reliable
Most important, stable and reliable. I've been using this product for a little over 2 years. There have been continuous additions to functionality and the user interface is easy to understand and use. Could not ask for a better experience.

An employee by the name of Ardsenio…
An employee by the name of Ardsenio Fernandez helped me with using Nord VPN on multi platforms, {ei} I need nord on my Iphone as well as my desktop computer and was kind of confused at knowing how to do it, thanks to him though, I figured it out quickly now have it on my phone! Thank you for helping me, I don't think I could have managed alone, and by the way, I am a disabled vet, with some issues, learning is now difficult for me, things were much easier with some guidance!

Does what you need it to do
The connection doesn't ever seem slow. I've tried other VPN providers and found they were so slow they were unusable.

Been using Nord for many years and have rarely had need to use the help desk but on the odd occasion (usually due to operator error 🤪) they answer queries efficiently and fast.

Seems to work well not totally fool…
Seems to work well not totally fool proof. I have had some problems with programs nowing I am not in Canada!
