Help to identify problem affecting NordVPN operation.
I rate my experience based on the excellent response I always receive whenever I contact NordVPN. Although there seems to be a "Last 12 Months" limit on this survey, I have to mention the excellent (and patient) support I received at the end of 2022 to solve a problem of interaction with an app that was not of VPN's making. Happily, since then, I have experienced zero problems......David Bowen.

This VPN is great. Support team works amazing
This VPN is great. It's very convenient and works on multiple devices. Also I had sudden a problem with connection to server after I moved to another area of my city, but the support solve my problem very fast. I would definitely recommend this VPN to my friends.

Got this for protection but it also increased my internet speed. Had an issue with my mobile network after purchase, raised a support ticket. Fast and helpful reply got it sorted. Nice.
