Can't turn off Auto Charge:(
I wish there was a place that I could turn AutoCharge OFF. There used to be one but they removed it.Now they will charge your credit card....um....forever unless you are real good at remembering dates, etc.Other than that problem that they recently created, the service is fantastic.

NordVPN is a great software designed to protect your information online. The only thing that's bugging me is that some connections randomly disappear from the program, and often they are the ones i use the most.

The service seems fairly reliable but…has issues with Facebook and Messenger
The service seems fairly reliable but Facebook and messenger do not work properly while the CyperSec feature option is switched on to remove adverts.This is disappointing as I want to remove adverts while browsing.

Intreface uniquement en Anglais et problème de connection WIFI
j'ai fais un essai de 25 jours.Je n'ai pas mesuré la perte de débit, mais ai résilié avant la fin du mois d'essai,car j'avais un problème de connection WIFI dès que je débranchais ma prie RJ45 por déplacer le PC du bureau dans le salon.Comme par ailleur l'interface et surtout ,les paramètres n'étaient qu'en Anglais, j'ai préféré interrompre mon abonnement de 3 ans.J'ai donc envoyé un message interne et un e-mail avant le terme du premier mois, je n'ai jamais rçu de réponse.J'ai attendu plus ...

Keeps loosing credentials. I can't use the paid subscription !
Good speed services but on all the environments it looses credentials randomly on IOS and Firefox extension. I find myself logged out and as I use a complex password it is difficult to re-login each time.I paid an 3 year subscription and I am tired of this bug. I use now Windscribe who works much better.It is a pitty that you cannot solve this bug who annoys a lot of users if you read the reviews for the Firefox extension.
