Great support but missing some important features

What i like/dislike about Nordvpn:+ Windows app is awesome+ Support+ Servers are fast+ Privacy is important for them and is top notch, plus they are transparrent - No android app- No servers located in Denmark- Some minor issues with their softwareOverall i liked their VPN service. If privacy is important for you Nordvpn is differently the VPN for you.

shames the programmers

The support didn't communicate with marketing, their databases isn't up to date and... oh yeah! Tried to sign up - nothing happened, tried contacting live support - they said I should subscribe again (Which I won't, contacted their marketing and support depardment via mail. The final answer was that my subscription was cancelled and I'd get my money back in 3-5 working days - 2 weeks later still nothing and no respond from support.

Inconsistent

I wanted to like this service very much. They offer bitcoin payment and a trial. However, random disconnects meant I could not use their VPN reliably. Many servers to choose from but it didn't make any difference. Their software looked impressive and had many features, however it froze and crashed very often. No android app as of this writing. No torrents (despite what their servers say, speeds are pitiful

NordVPN got hacked and lied about it

So now we know NordVPN got hacked and they sit on the news for 19 months before they were forced to admit as CNet went public with the breach! Only ever had good experience

Only ever had good experience. I trust all the security features available. I believe the hack was just isolated, and achieved little considering that NordVPN keeps no data on us.

At least 50% of the time I cannot…

At least 50% of the time I cannot connect to NORD.Since installing NORD my results on speedtest.net are less than 10% of what speeds were previous to installing NORD. This does not matter if I am connected through NORD or not.I have opened countless help tickets and have received no assistance whatsoever. But have had gotten quite a few snarky replies from their helpdesk...

1 month trial means 1 month

1 month trial means 1 month. I signed up for a 1 month membership but it turns out NORDvpn speaks a different English vocabulary in which 1 month means recurring monthly payments. 1 month means 1 month!!! I was charged the first month. They attempted to charge me the following month which I had no idea and then charged me twice in October. The Mac version has become completely unusable. Don't waste your money. Customer service doesn’t really exist (check your support logs NordVPN, and it’s not the user’s role to help you test bugs.
