Easy to use and reliable
Easy to use app (windows and mobile, reliable connection, reasonable prices. Three points that got me interested in using it beyond the trial period. Multiple devices and top level encryption convinced me to use it for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended, especially since there's a 30 day money back guarantee.

Email only
Email only. No phone number provided. I messaged them that I'd read the setup tutorials and still had questions. They sent me a link to the setup tutorial. That was all. I politely responded and requested an escalation. No response. Truly disappointed. I'd think twice before going with NordVPN.
