Nord has a server just a few hours from me and it seems it never overloads. I can get 99% of my connection speed which gives me big smile everyday :

So unreliable
So unreliable, so bad and yet costs so much! For one it only autostarts 10pct of the times (at best. Support takes ages to get back to you if at all. It is so bad I've splashed out on a second provider's software, it's by my internet security provider (N***** and it costs A FRACTIN of the money - and guess what: IT WORKS EVERY TIME, all the time! I did all the right things before buying - I spend half a day reading reviews and recommendations by so called 'specialists' - it's a wake up call ...
