I'm amazed by the number of bad reviews. I've been with them a few years and have had no problems.I'm using Linux (mainly and even wrote my own connection script as there was nothing for Linux at the time I joined. They do have official Linux software now anyway (but I'm still using mine. Disappointed

I trialled this while outside of the UK and it worked once - after that struggled to work. Meantime, Nord/Apple took my money after a week on an APP auto-renew. And now both are refusing to provide a refund. Not a positive experience at all....! Wouldn't recommend.

Worst experience ever. Not only did it not work (rerouted me to the wrong country, but they also lied about the money back guarantee. To add insult to injury they never answered my support ticket (sent June 3rd-4th through their website , and keep spamming me with automated messages which they specifically said they wouldn't do. Promises a lot delivered very little.

I have used their service in the past without problem. I recently used their nordvpn for Android tv. It was difficult to set up and then it would not work. By that I mean the streaming service blocked them so I couldn't watch the service. As they promised streamless integration I ask for a refund. Also their emails to my complaints agreed that they have a issue. However they have not given a refund and suggested I use a laptop and HDMI cable. And while this might work it is not the easy ...

What do you like best? Nord is very protective of user info and does a great job of making things anonymous What do you dislike? There are some places where I will use wifi and when i turn on NordVPN the wifi will slow down or quit working. I think that is weird. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Complete confidentiality for my law firm when using phones and computers on public wifi networks.
