Great start not

Great start not! Paid up for a 3 year plan today. Started off with Prime Video. Could not connect. Did not work with any country! CS said they are having issues with mobile devices with no ETA on a fix. My free melonvpn app lets me connect to prime video can you believe? They also said my tv app is seen as a mobile device and will be blocked from prime video also!! Looks like I'll be cancelling before the 30 day period is up. The speed on my phone is awful also.

I chose not to contact support again due to all the previous attempts, and solutions provided me which did not correct the problem. NordVPN worked mostly well for me, no big issues. After a year, I am thinking to renew, but I am finding it too expensive to purchase anymore... I cannot believe VPN has to be so expensive, especially given that more and more people are starting to use VPN.The advertisement says "2.29 GBP/month", but then you realize this is only true if you pay 3 years ahead. 1 year is 65 GBP.No-no, that's too much of a risk and investment.
